Dragon Ball Super Manga’s latest and newest arc has officially begun with Chapter 88 and is being called the “Super Hero” Arc. Granolah Arc, which began back with Chapter 67 has effectively ended with Chapter 87 in August which also brought an end to the battle between the Saiyans and Gas as a part of the Granolah Arc. Fans called this arc overextended and tiresome, full of multiple storylines and unnecessary subplots. Anyways, now that Granolah arc has ended everyone is looking forward to what’s next and that is exactly what this article is about as the full spoilers for Dragon Ball Super Chapter 91 are now out.

DBS Chapter 91 Full Summary and Spoilers – Super Hero Arc Begins!

First off, let me start by saying that Dragon Ball Super Chapter 91 Summary and all raw scans have been leaked today! Dragon Ball Super Chapter 91 is titled “TBA”, and following is the plot summary of the issue as provided by @DBSHype. Obviously, massive spoilers follow below, so read at your own risk. Also, check out some of leaked raw scans of the chapter below and all of them by clicking this link.

The chapter begins with Piccolo waiting for Pan in front of the school while other children go out to meet their parents. Pan then appears and asks why her father and mother didn’t come, to which Piccolo replies that they both had things to do. Pan says she is happy she got to see Piccolo, he smiles and asks if she wants to stop by his house. Once they get there, Pan starts practicing fighting moves and saying that she is Saiyaman. Piccolo is surprised and says that she is tougher than she looks. He asks her if she wants to train with him to become a hero and Pan is happy, jumping on Piccolo’s head and celebrating. Cut to West City and we see that the police are discussing the Red Ribbon, saying that they first attacked about 30 years ago and plan to take over the world.

One of them questions why Magenta, the president of a pharmaceutical company, is associated with the Red Ribbon and the boss says that this is just a scheme to raise funds. Krillin is then called in and explains all about Doctor Hedo, his connection to Doctor Gero, and what he plans to do now. Hedo has obtained all the data from his father’s efforts and if he makes use of it, it will be the end. They plan to attack in 3 months, so the police need to do something before that. Meanwhile we see a robot insect arriving at the Red Foundation. Carmine says that they finally managed to find Doctor Hedo, but that they don’t need to go after him immediately yet. They will let him do what he is doing until the day comes when they take over the world.

Piccolo asks what that is and she says it’s the Super hero that Goten and Trunks transform into. Piccolo says he doesn’t understand what goes on in the Saiyans’ heads and Pan says they stopped studying because of it, which made her grandmother very angry. Piccolo says that this is a very Chichi thing and Pan says that she also wants to be a super hero. The frog that Pan was playing with starts to jump towards the hill and Piccolo says that it’s dangerous, but Pan goes after it anyway and looks like she’s going to fall, but she holds on to a branch and saves the frog. Three months, we cut to the beginning of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie as Dr. Hedo is released from the prison. He blows it up and is then received by Magenta and Carmine.

From there on the sequence mostly plays out like the film as they discuss Hedo’s research with Oreo and milk as Hedo introduces them to his cyborg bee Hachimaru. The difference between movie and manga version is that Krillian is following their car and overhears their conversation a little bit. Meanwhile Hachimaru attacks Krillian and he starts fighting off the cyborg bee. The battle continues and just about it is about to sting Krillian, he shoots it leading Magenta to spin the car out of surprise. The conversation from the movie continues as Hedo decides on helping the Red Ribbon Army. Meanwhile, Hachimaru is still alive and shoots a powerful blast at Krillian which knocks him off the car and Hedo, Magenta, and Carmine successfully escape his trail.

Then we see another time jump of 6 months where Piccolo and Pan are shown training with each other. Pan has visibly gotten stronger but ultimately loses to Piccolo and they call it a day. Then we see the same movie sequence where she tries to fly but fails and talks about how Gohan can be the strongest if he tried. Then she runs off and the sequences from the movie continue. We see Piccolo meditating, then Videl calling him and asking him to pick up Pan from school in return for plushies, and then hi flying off to Gohan’s house to have a word with him. Again the same sequence as the film plays out as Gohan tells him that he’s busy with a research involving ants and Piccolo tells him he’s been too lazy as a father.

He then goes on to say Gohan should train a little just in case and Gohan says even if something bad happens, Goku and Vegeta will see to that. Piccolo proceeds to hit Gohan and Gohan blocks the hit and says he’s still got his edge. But Piccolo proceeds to hit him again and this time the blow lands on stomach hurting him. Then Piccolo puts a cape cloak on him which Gohan finds heavy to get used to. Anyways, Gohan says he’ll get Piccolo another plushie, Piccolo gets embarrassed a little and then flies off  to meditate. Just like the movie, a blast from behind hits him and who is it?! Yes its Gamma 2 and we see him introducing himself and challenging Piccolo to a fight. Piccolo recognizes his Red Ribbon Army band and this is where the chapter ends!
