Hey guys, hope you all had a wonderful 2022. It’s that time of the year again. I’m here to sift out all the waste that we’ve gotten in TV this year. I’ve done my Best TV Shows list that means I also have to do the Worst TV Shows. Just remember there are no mistakes, simply happy accidents. Although, we know the truth. A few things to remember before we begin, a lot of the rules that said for my Best TV shows list apply to this one as well namely, I have not seen every series that came out this year. No one can. So, this list would be the worst from the series that I’ve seen. Also, no one willingly watches a bad show. I consciously avoided, some of the shows because I was like, that looks like torture. Why would I willing submit my self to it? Some of these shows are disappointments.

So, why didn’t I say “Disappointing TV Shows of 2022”? Well, because no one searches that. Everyone searches Worst TV Shows. Yes, don’t blame the player, blame the game. These would not be reviews, I’ll simply talk briefly about the series and move on, so if you want an in-depth analysis or full review they’re available on the website. To wrap up, this is my list which you may not necessarily agree with, you might even find some series that you consider good and that’s okay because we all will have a different list. So, without wasting anymore time let’s expose ourselves to the worst TV that this year had to offer.

4) How I Met Your Father

The first one of the list is kind of a disappointment because yeah, it didn’t work. I mean they tried something that felt flat. The show had no charm at all. It was lifeless and there were no uplifting moments. It is nothing compared to the original show which I truly love. They try to connect it desperately to How I Met Your Mother for viewers to chime in just for the nostalgia but we all know that, these shortcuts don’t work no more. This show desperately needed a Barney and even a cameo from Robin Scherbatsky (Cobie Smulders) couldn’t save the show.

3) The Umbrella Academy Season 3

The Umbrella Academy Creator Didn't Adapt This Iconic Scene Due To Budget Constraints

A valuable Netflix property, once I also considered this a good show but oh my god the third season of The Umbrella Academy (review)! It was so bad! And the worst thing is that I don’t know what went wrong like why did the writers felt the need to create this over the top confusing “ununderstable” show. All the characters were off their trajectory. It felt nothing like the show we saw for the first two seasons. Why was it so complicated for nothing. It had no dramatic moments that I can latch onto. I couldn’t empathize on a single character because their choices seemed to so bizarre.

The weaknesses and flaws of the show were all buried under the fact that the writers Vanya’s transition into Victor really. They did but that’s no compensation for how they butchered the rest of the show with no revelation, unnecessarily complicated storylines, bland acting, fragmented narrative and so much more that I can’t even even get excited about the next season which I’m glad is the last one.

2) The Witcher: Blood Origin

Being a big fan of the Witcher Universe, I tried to ignore the shortcomings of Witcher Season 2 and Nightmare of the Wolf. But The Witcher: Blood Origin (review) proves that the franchise is heading towards a hole from which it’ll find it hard to claw its way out. After Henry Cavill’s exit from series and the mediocre performance of anything Witcher made by Netflix, they needed a win. Blood Origin instead is a huge loss which has triggered fans worldwide into boycotting the Netflix Witcher Universe. It is quite obviously a colored propaganda with no heart, or soul and a useless attempt to bait people of all color, gender, sex, etc., into watching this excuse of a prequel.

1) She-Hulk: Attorney at Law

She Hulk Episode 4 Review – It Gets It All Wong Again!

Where do I even begin about this Abomination? Get it? Anyways, The worst show of the year had to be awarded to Marvel after it almost took the worst movie of the year (Thor: Love and Thunder) but unfortunately Jurassic World: Dominion was a little worse. She-Hulk (review) under the umbrella of Feminism is simply a poorly written show that cloaks its flaws by trying to be woke and treats itself as a show the world desperately needed. If you want a taste of depression then definitely check out this show.

I would like to clear one thing though, Tatiana Maslany is a phenomenal actress and I loved here initially but her desperate efforts too cannot save this disgrace of a TV show. The show also feature Charlie Cox’s fan favorite Daredevil and yet it somehow manage to be the worst show of the year. I’m constantly giving you comparative analysis for you too understand how horrible the show was. This is one of the most unoriginal shows ever and the worst part of it was the finale, I mean breaking the fourth wall is one but what they did under the name of creativity with the entire Kevin Bot charade was beyond atrocious.

The show was even technically flawed, the humor didn’t land was one thing, the unoriginal writing is also okay but what about the terrible VFX and the choppy edit. There was no development to any villain. No stakes whatsoever. I truly believe this is the worst year for Marvel. I cannot stress how bad this show truly is.
