FUZE: Digital, Blu-ray, DVD and Streaming Release – Where and When to Watch the David Mackenzie Thriller

Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Will Tranter in Fuze.

FUZE is a 2026 heist thriller directed by David Mackenzie (Hell or High Water, Outlaw King) and starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Theo James, Sam Worthington, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw. Set against the chaos of a London-wide evacuation caused by an unexploded World War II bomb, the film blends bomb disposal tension with a layered criminal heist, delivering one of the year’s most gripping and unpredictable thrillers.

While FUZE may have struggled commercially during its theatrical run, the film has received positive reactions from critics and audiences alike for its relentless pacing, twist-heavy structure, performances, and unique soundtrack. Now, viewers who missed it in theaters will soon get the chance to experience it at home. Also, we recently spoke with director David Mackenzie about the film’s twisted structure, theatrical experience, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and the film’s unique score. FUZE will release on Blu-ray and DVD on July 7, 2026.

Physical editions are expected to include:

  • high-definition transfers,
  • surround sound presentation,
  • bonus featurettes,
  • and potentially behind-the-scenes material or filmmaker commentary.

Collectors and thriller fans who appreciate physical media may especially want to keep an eye on the Blu-ray release considering the film’s strong audiovisual presentation and atmospheric soundtrack.

Expected Streaming Release

An official streaming platform and release date for FUZE have not yet been announced. However, given StudioCanal and Sky Cinema’s involvement with the film internationally, the thriller is expected to eventually arrive on streaming platforms like NOW and Sky Go later in 2026 following its digital and physical media rollout.

Until then, digital purchase and rental platforms will likely remain the primary way to watch the film at home.

Why FUZE Is Worth Watching

Studio Canal | Sky Cinema | Sigma Films | Anton

One of FUZE’s biggest strengths is how unpredictable it remains throughout its runtime. What initially appears to be a straightforward bomb disposal thriller gradually transforms into a layered heist film filled with shifting perspectives, escalating stakes, and constant narrative surprises.

David Mackenzie also brings an unusual sonic identity to the film through its minimalist score, which unexpectedly incorporates tabla rhythms into the soundtrack — something the director discussed in detail during our interview with him.

If you missed FUZE in theaters, the digital release may finally give the film the wider audience it deserves.
