The Boys Season 3 Episode 6 Will Adapt Herogasm, All You Need to Know!

Amazon Prime’s flagship show, The Boys is back with its third season and like the previous two seasons, new episodes debut every Friday. The third season has been meeting our huge expectations with each new episode. It has offered all the things it promised- Diabolical, Diabolical and Diabolical. As most of you know the series is adapting from the comics written by Garth Ennis. The overall story of the show has centered around the comics. That being said, the next episode in season three has fans excited because it is titled “Herogasm”. This is another comic in The Boys comic series. So why has it rendered fans overjoyed? The title suggests something inappropriate. Whatever it is let’s find out below:

The Boys – What is Herogasm? 

Well, in the comics Herogasm is a festival for the Supes, where all of them are situated in an isolated tropical island. It lasts about three to four days and the festival has no eyes over it. It is covert from media as all kinds of nasty, illegal and diabolical things happen there. It is supposed to be an orgasmic adventure and breaks for the Supes, ergo the name. So, why is it so exciting?

Well, in the comics Herogasm wasn’t shy of showing the craziest of celebrations, some of them maybe inhuman. The fans are eager to see how well does the show converts the comic imagery into live action television. Apart from the atrocities many important events also happen at the festival but for that we need to back up and see where episode five left us.

What does Episode 5’s End Mean?

Episode 5 left us with Butcher and Soldier Boy teaming up against Vought and Homelander, as Soldier Boy’s radiation blast can render Homelander powerless. The blast dismisses the Compound V in the Supes system causing them to lose their powers, like Kimiko. Hughie decides to go with Butcher leaving Starlight in a situation of need. A-Train’s brother gets paralyzed because of Blue Hawk and that’s that. Spoiler Warning for The Boys Season 3 Episode 6.

So, an important event that does happen at Herogasm is that Homelander kills Queen Maeve. Now the possibility of this happening in Episode 6 is high because of the limited involvement of Maeve in the season so far. Not to mention, the entire season’s attempt of foreshadowing Homelander’s eventually descent into madness and also, Homelander finding out about Maeve’s conspiracy with Butcher. If he does end up killing Maeve in Episode 6 that’ll just amplify of the possibility the season finale being beserk. We could also see The Deep and Black Noir making an appearance at Herogasm as he has had very limited involvement in the season so far.

The episode might also feature the A-train seeking revenge from Blue Hawk and Frenchie working for Little Nina again. Kimiko who has recently lost her powers and is very happy might regret it as she might not be able to save Frenchie from Little Nina. Another exciting possibility is M.M’s confrontation with Butcher as last episode we saw him betraying M.M., knocking him out and teaming out with Soldier Boy who was responsible for the death of M.M.’s family.

The aftermath of Butcher’s actions might be M.M. breaking the band. This is a still from the trailer of Season 3 where we see what appears to be M.M. hitting Butcher while he has shot up Temporary V. Given we’ve not seen this scene in the season so far, we might see it happening in the next episode.
