Marvel Phase 4 has introduced us with yet another new superhero with her own show called She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. The show focuses on Hulk’s cousin She-Hulk (alter ego Jennifer Walters) played by Tatiana Maslany who works for a Law Firm that handles superhero cases. It will have a total of 9 episodes presenting a sitcom styled approach and episode lengths. She-Hulk just debuted its sixth episode after a horrendous Episode 5 last week, so here is our verdict about She Hulk Episode 6. WARNING – Major Spoilers for the Episode Follow Below.

She Hulk Episode 6 Review – Just End It Please

On one hand studios like HBO, Prime, and Lucasfilms are coming up with amazing quality productions like House of the Dragon, LOTR: The Rings of Power, and Andor respectively; and on the other hand Marvel is coming up with horrible She-Hulk episodes which somehow keep getting worse every week. What’s worse is that writers and producers seem confident enough to pull this off as “funny”. Well, most of you will agree when I say that She-Hulk is not funny, but it is a joke! The entire series is the funniest joke Marvel has ever pulled off and seems like a slap in the face of its loyal fans.

In this episode, She Hulk takes a detour? Well no, this series is directionless, so yeah, in this episode She-Hulk manages to present another crappy storyline surrounding a wedding. This wedding episode was not short on cringey moments, unfunny jokes, poor CGI, and incredibly bad action. Also, I want to call out the writers as they tried to gaslight the viewers into accepting this horrible episode when Jen said, “If you think it (self-contained wedding episode) is happening at an inconvenient time, then you are right”. What inconvenient time? The entire show is pretty inconvenient and there never was a “good or convenient time” in this series.

If certain people out there believe that this show is getting hate because “it is a sitcom” or “has a female lead”, then you are wrong. It is getting hate because it is one of the most unfunny and cringey sitcom viewers have ever seen and it has no idea how to properly represent a strong female character such as She-Hulk. That aside, it is completely wasting the talents of Tatiana Maslany, who has still somehow managed to stand very high above everything else in this series. She is brilliant actor and She-Hulk is a brilliant character but they both have been given such wrong treatment that She-Hulk has ended up becoming the worst Marvel show of all time.

The series is at the same level, if not worse than Marvel’s Inhumans and is the most disappointing superhero project in years. The previous episode gave fans a little tease of Daredevil, so we all expected him to show up in this episode. But neither Matt Murdock, nor Daredevil showed up in this episode and Marvel is just baiting fans into watching this horrible show with Daredevil. I think they know how bad the show is and are therefore, banking on fans’ love for Daredevil and at this pace, he’ll probably show up in the penultimate or final episode. But Daredevil cameo or not, this show is irredeemable at this point. The only thing that worked about this episode was that at the end, it gave viewers a little hint about Hulkling and the final few episodes of She-Hulk.

Final Verdict – She Hulk Episode 6 continues the bad work of the previous few episodes and ensures that this show is beyond saving at this point. Unless the final 3 episodes manage to pull off a Hulk sized miracle, this show is going to go down in the history as an example of “what not to do”.
